Commercial Property Associate

Our client who are a leading top 100 law firm require an Associate c.3-6 years PQE to join their growing Commercial Property team in London.

This role will involve advising clients on the full range of property matters in the social housing market, but with particular emphasis on land acquisition and development work for clients involved in the delivery of affordable housing.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills key to the role:

• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
• A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• A practical and commercial approach
• An interest in business development
• An interest in the housing sector and a desire to work with housing clients

Experience of housing related property work acting for buyers and/or housebuilders is essential to be considered.
