Construction Associate - NQ

Our client, an award winning and highly respected firm in Leeds, are keen to add a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) to join their growing Construction team – Non-Contentious.

The firm’s client base takes in all aspects of the industry, advising both public and private sector clients in areas including energy, leisure, retail, commercial, industrial and international projects. Clients include listed companies, local authorities and educational institutions, banks, developers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Construction seat within your training contract or a genuine interest in this area of law.
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree)
• Solid financial and commercial awareness
