Construction Disputes NQ-2

Our client, an award winning and highly respected firm in Leeds, are keen to add a NQ-2 years' PQE Associate/Solicitor to join their growing Construction Disputes team.

The firm’s client base takes in all aspects of the industry, advising both public and private sector clients in areas including energy, leisure, retail, commercial, industrial and international projects.

Clients include listed companies, local authorities and educational institutions, banks, developers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants, with many of cases involve multi-party disputes relating to the negligence of construction and engineering professionals.

Requirements:

• Construction disputes experience or a solid background in dispute resolution
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree)
• Solid financial and commercial awareness
