Our client who are highly recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers are looking to add experience into their Employment team with the appointment of a Solicitor.
You will be tasked with running a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment cases with the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims, settlement agreements claims, discrimination and TUPE matters. To ensure you thrive in the role, you will be provided with structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.
• 2-4 years PQE
• Experience of conducting and managing Employment Law matters
• Have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules and litigation process
