This position will see you handling a caseload of claimant employment matters plus assisting a Partner with more complex, contentious employment cases.
Types of cases will include:
Constructive dismissal, grievance at work, redundancy, settlements and agreements, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, working place discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and pregnancy discrimination.
As a Trainee Solicitor coming up to qualification you will require one seat in Employment and strong academics to be considered.
