We are working closely alongside a highly reputable law firm based in Leeds in their search for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Intellectual Property department.    

The Intellectual Property team advise upon the full spectrum of intellectual property rights including:

• patents
• trade marks
• copyright
• designs
• passing off
• confidential information

Requirements:

• Preferably an IP seat within your training contract or a genuine interest in this area of law.
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree)
• Solid financial and commercial awareness
