Property Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has opened up for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a small, reputable and established law firm in London.

The work includes Boundary Disputes, Rights of Way, Adverse Possession, Service Charge Disputes, Property Insurance Claims, Parking Claims, Forgery Cases, Building Claims, Mobile Phone Masts, Statutory Lease Extensions and Leasehold Enfranchisement.

The firm in general have appeared highly in publications such as The Legal 500 and this opportunity presents a great chance to deal with quality, varied work.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Property Litigation Solicitor.
• Your PQE will be 1-3 years.
• The ability to manage a mixed caseload.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and an ability to pick up new systems quickly.
