Real Estate Associate NQ-3

A brilliant opportunity for a NQ-3 years PQE Real Estate Associate/Solicitor to join a leading firm in Newcastle. 

The real estate team provide services for a range of clients that include developers, buyers, funders, investors, tenants, occupiers, public sector bodies and stakeholders in sectors such as retail, manufacturing and industrial, mixed-use, energy, health, leisure and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landlord, Tenant and Leasehold management work in industrial, office, retail, transport and energy sectors
• Disposals and acquisitions of Investment properties with associated asset management work
• Real estate finance work acting for both funder and borrowers
• Corporate support work
• Public sector property transactions work acting for Healthcare, Local Authority and Education sectors

Requirements:

• NQ-3 years PQE with a good background in real estate
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to effectively prioritise
• A good level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word together with an understanding of the importance of document management
• Proactivity and a high level of attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
