Real Estate Associate NQ-4

A leading Real Estate team in Sheffield require an NQ-4 years PQE Associate to join a growing division.

The team in question are highly ranked within the Legal 500 and the work they carry out covers Commercial Development, Residential Development, Estate Management and Asset Management & Investment.

The firm encourage all lawyers to pursue their personal interests through their practice, develop management skills through supervising junior fee earners, contribute to business development and work cross-departmentally through our wide range of exceptionally strong sector groups.

Ideal candidate:

• Real Estate experience 
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree)
• Solid financial and commercial awareness
• An outgoing, enthusiastic and confident manner
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
