Residential Conveyancing Associate

We are working closely alongside a highly reputable law firm based in London in their search for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Associate to join its expanding department.

The firm possess a wealth of experience in dealing with prime London properties, homes and apartments, as well as country houses and Grade I and II listed buildings and the team is well-known throughout the market for its diligence and commitment to clients.

Your caseload will consist of only ultra-high and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
• Managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
• Hold and develop new relationships with introducers
• Management of a case from fruition to post completion

Requirements:

• Over 3 years PQE with a proven track record in conveyancing
