A vacancy has arisen for an Commercial Litigation Solicitor capable of running their own caseload with minimal supervision in London.

The team in question have built an excellent reputation over recent years and are highly recognised in the Legal 500.

The commercial litigation team are headed by two experienced Partners and you will have the opportunity to work disputes that include:

• Commercial contracts disputes
• Charity disputes
• Commercial and corporate disputes
• Franchise disputes
• Insurance disputes
• Professional negligence
• Construction disputes

Requirements:

• 3 years PQE+
• You will have good all-round commercial litigation experience, together with technical ability and ideally will have insolvency experience.
• You must be enthusiastic about business development and interested in developing your own practice, within an innovative and proactive wider team.
