Commercial Litigation Solicitor – West Midlands.

Our client who are a modern forward thinking law firm based approx. 20 minutes away from Birmingham city centre require a Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Litigation team.

The caseload will comprise the full remit of Commercial Litigation matters, including but not limited to:  Mediation and Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Contractual Disputes, Property Damage Claims, Shareholder prejudice claims,  Defamation (libel/slander) claims, Insurance Litigation, Professional negligence and Partnership disputes.

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3 years PQE +
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is advantageous
• You will have experience of handling a Commercial Litigation caseload
