Working closely with a highly respected law firm in London in their search for a Construction (non-contentious) Associate.

You will be able to work as part of a team dealing with property development projects for employers and providing construction law assistance to the property lawyers dealing with the development documents.

You will also be involved in due diligence for funders and purchasers, advising consultants on their appointments and, subject to previous experience, advising specialist contractors/sub-contractors.

You will be:

• 2+ years' PQE
• Exposure to construction work gained at a reputable law firm
• Strong academic record
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically essential
• Exceptional organisational/time management skills
• Reliable and professional manner
• High standards of client service and responsiveness

Salary/Other:

• Salary upwards of £85,000+ and the chance to join a market leading, dynamic and growing team.
