Leading Corporate team in Leeds require an NQ to join there growing department.

The firm has a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections.

As an Associate in the Corporate team you will work alongside senior members on a full range of Corporate work including M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity.

Requirements:

• Preferably one seat within your Training Contract in either company, commercial, corporate 
• An interest in a role that will deliver variety and therefore challenge you to develop a broad range of skills
• A strong teamwork ethos, we all work with colleagues across our four offices
• Excellent organisational skills and an appreciation of the need to comply with internal and client data security guideline
