A vacancy has arisen for a senior solicitor (3 years PQE+) to join our client in London.

The team specialise in supporting businesses, investors and entrepreneurs with legal advice and their clients range from small start-ups and SMEs to larger corporates. The firm also work with many international clients advising them on their business interests and projects in the UK.

The firm offer clients advice in a full range of areas, including:

• Structuring and setting up in business, including both company and partnership structures
• Commercial contracts and trading terms and conditions
• Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Joint ventures and collaborations
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other associated corporate transactions, including management buy outs and private equity backed deals
• Raising finance from banks and other lenders.

The successful candidate will have knowledge across a broad range of company law and corporate matters.
