Due to continued success, our client are keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join a strong team that cover a full range of Corporate matters which include; Complex corporate and tax structuring, Corporate advice, Corporate governance, Development and growth capital, Employee buy-outs, Equity capital markets, Mergers and acquisitions, Private equity, Shareholder arrangements and Strategic corporate projects.

You’ll be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking team, with teamwork and open discussion at the heart of everything, providing you with an excellent work-life balance.

In order to be successful, you must be 1-5 years PQE and come from a strong Corporate background.
