Our client who are a progressive UK Top 100 law firm, require an Associate to join their growing Dispute Resolution team in Sheffield.

The team’s specialisms and breadth of work include dealing with high value and complex disputes arising from, Shareholders, partnerships and trusts, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants, Contractual and warranty claims, Fraud and injunctive relief, Professional negligence, Contentious insolvency matters and enforcement, Property matters and Reputational management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated solicitor who can demonstrate excellent legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be willing and able to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload. 

Requirements:

• NQ-4 years PQE
• A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree)
• Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• Solid financial and commercial awareness
• An outgoing, enthusiastic and confident manner
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
