Hobbs has been instructed to recruit a Solicitor into the Property Litigation team of a leading firm in London. 

The firm have a small unit of Partners and Solicitors who deal with property litigation advice that includes:

• Possession claims for breach of tenancy, suitable alternative accommodation, loss of security of tenure.
• Anti-social behaviour enforcement and nuisance problems.
• Disrepair and dilapidations claims
• Tenancy fraud including unlawful subletting and succession.
• Breach of lease and forfeiture (residential and commercial).
• Squatter proceedings.
• Business tenancy renewals.
• Boundary and right of way disputes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' PQE with a good background in property litigation.
• Ideally 2:1 and above at degree level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear and concise information
• Highly focussed attention to detail
